Samantha Gencarelli is a highly accomplished professional makeup artist with experience since 2010. Sam is renowned for her work in the dynamic beauty industry. Based in New York City, Sam’s love of makeup started at a very young age when she was a professional ballerina with The School of American Ballet in NYC. Mom couldn’t always be backstage when she was in The Nutcracker on Lincoln Center for many years so she started learning to do her own glam at 7 years old. Now instead of dancing she enjoys being the one to glam her clients for their important life events.
Sam’s expertise has been showcased with high- profile clients and leading media outlets, including E! for the 2025 MET Gala along with Netflix, Bravo, and MTV.
Sam has assisted various talented makeup artists throughout the industry on carpets, shoots and press tours and she has played a key role backstage at New York Fashion Week (NYFW), partnering with global makeup artists for various shows.
